Go North, or East, or Northeast for the best value. Aurora, Brighton, Thornton, Northglenn and the cities near/around them are all within an hour of Denver and have cheaper rent.
If you’re willing to live way out there, Bennett and Strasburg out on I70 can be really cheap.
